Sign into the NextGenSCP site.
Choose "Manage"
Choose "Facility System"
Choose "Communications"
Choose "Create Communication"
Complete the form. Once the inmate's ID is in the block it will auto-populate the name. Choose Inmate Letter in the form type box. Then select subject and Desc. Complete the detail portion of the form and then continue. Follow the steps.
Once created the inmate letter will show up in the "New" communications bucket.
If you intend to communicate back and forth with the inmate, then open the inmate letter choose "Perform Action" and assign it to yourself.
IF you would like to have the inmate have the ability to reply back you must check the box "Require Inmate Response"
