COIV Aaberg
COIV Aaberg continues to go above and beyond throughout the CCM Process. Her attention to detail has not gone unnoticed. COIV Aaberg has supported the facilitation of CCM by scheduling monthly meetings with assigned RPS inmates. During a spot check on the unit, it was stated by the RPS team "we were in shock, we were invited in for a meeting and already scheduled our next meeting." COIV Aaberg continues to demonstrate the level of professionalism required to make a positive change and support the goal of "Convergent" Case Management, coming together as a team. Additionally, her facilitation of monthly meetings allows for clear and consistent communication to the productivity of CCM on the unit and any areas of consideration that may need to be addressed. COIV Aaberg embodies leadership through example.

Julius Johnson - Safford/ Ft. Grant
Johnson is always at the ready to step in to train the new units for CCM and he is an overachiever at the unit level. He is always fully informed on the updates that have come to the CCM program and is ready to share that knowledge. He is very engaged and involved with those that come to his CCM appointments. JJ has come out to help train at the various new units and has not only enjoyed the experience but always come back with new information or insight that he has readily shared with his peers and supervisors.

Ora Gann - Safford/Graham
I have had the incredible opportunity to observe COIII Gann over the past six months grow tremendously as a case manager. She is kind, compassionate, and unwavering in her belief that CCM and the tools she provides to each of her inmates will make an impact on them, motivating them to change so that when they are released to the community they choose to implement what they have learned to live productive and rewarding lives post-release. I called some of her CCM inmates into my office to talk about the impact COIII Gann has had on them. It was so hard to just compile what they said in a couple of sentences. She truly is an agent of change!! Here is what some of them had to say:
“The program is very beneficial. It helps me identify my thinking patterns and feelings.”
“COIII Gann is easy to talk to and she makes me feel comfortable talking about uncomfortable things.”
“COIII Gann, thank you for taking the time to help me out with the questions I have.”
“A lot of good changes have come through CCM like teaching positivity and the ways I can use it in everyday life.”
“The re-entry tools that she goes over each week are very helpful.”
“COIII Gann makes me feel welcome. She makes me want to be open and honest about my past.”
“COIII Gann has helped me open up a little more. She talks it out with me as I have trouble comprehending. I’m then able to understand what is being taught.”
“COIII Gann gets me to think about things I don’t normally think about. She was the one who got me to really look at my release plans.”
Though small in stature and quiet in nature, COIII Gann is Graham Unit’s “gentle giant.” We are so grateful for her and her contribution to CCM and to the reduction of recidivism!

Elizabeth Mcfate - Safford/Tonto
"COIII Mcfate has attacked the opportunity to participate in the CCM Program. On the outside, COIII Mcfate may seem somewhat stringent with the inmate population, but on the inside, she is an advocate for stopping recidivism in its tracks. When the CCM Program came along it almost seemed like this was just what COIII Mcfate was waiting for, this is her chance to make a difference and see change and be a part of it. When it comes down to it everyone wins, Mcfate gets to follow her passion, the inmates get the benefit of improving their future, the public will be safer and ADCRR will make an impact on recidivism. There are no losers here. Thank you COIII Mcfate for your dedication and commitment to this program." -COIV Coca
Lynette Castro - Tucson/Santa Rita
"COIII Castro, has embraced CCM. She works diligently to prepare for her one on one meeting with the inmates. She is patient, listens, and guides the inmates through the CCM process. She truly is an outstanding employee and has demonstrated through her CCM work she wants to ensure the inmates are prepared to successfully transition out into our communities." -COIV Angela Martinez
Wanda Bulkley - Safford/Ft. Grant
"She has been a strong proponent of CCM since day one. When I asked her after the original training how she felt about this coming to Fort Grant she replied that this is something she has always wanted something of this caliber to help the inmate population. She has embraced and promoted this process since the very beginning and has stepped up to help with the training as CCM rolls out across the various complexes in the state. She is filled with information and compassion and is always willing and able to help reduce recidivism. We recently had a COIII retire and she immediately stepped up and took on those inmates assigned to CCM under that case manager. "
